The Sony Picture Station

Fast, Easy & Convenient

There's a tool in town that could change the way you scrapbook! It's easy to use, fast, and convenient - located right inside your local Archiver’s. It may not set eyelets or cut circles, but it will help you make the most of your memories. Welcome to the Sony Picture Station!

Archiver’s Approved

You've seen them before, at convenience stores, inside photo finishers, and even in grocery stores. They are small kiosks that print images from digital media and sometimes from actual prints. How is the Sony Picture Station different?

We searched for a system that had to meet our high standards - after all, our memories are priceless. A special UV coating protects each print from harmful light, fingerprints and even spills. The Sony Picture Station offers award-winning quality prints with a touch-button screen that's simple to use. It works with digital media, CDs and original prints. Plus, it's the fastest on the market, so you can quickly print while you shop or while you scrap!

Printing Digital Memories

Has scrolling through images on the screen of your camera become your new photo album? Now you have the tool to free your cherished memories from your camera and computer files! Simply plug your digital memory card right in to the Sony Picture Station. The system allows you to print only the images you select, so even if your memory card is full, you can still print only your favorites.

The Sony Picture Station not only works from a CD, but it can burn one too! Saving your images to a CD is a great way to back-up your images or to share them with family and friends.

Working With Original Prints

Don't worry, those of us who prefer film are not left out of the fun! The Sony Picture Station has a full flatbed scanner for use with original prints. Scan your images and all of the options in this system are available to you, from printing copies and making enlargements to zooming and color correction.

Want to give your fragile heritage photos a fresh start? Create durable duplicates on the Sony Picture Station! You can even correct the color if the image has faded or yellowed over time. Save your images to a CD and make copies to share with family or friends.

Imagine the Possibilities

Be bold! Break out of the 4" x 6" photo rut. Try adding 5" x 7" or 8" x 10" photos to your layout for eye-catching impact. Or print wallet size photos to create a layout that's loaded with memories. The Sony Picture Station makes it possible!

Other features that scrapbookers will love include the option to print color photos in black and white or sepia-tone, or, print photos with decorative borders - no matting required! Plus, the durability of these prints helps them withstand trimming and embellishing. (We've even spilled coffee on our prints and no damage was done!)

Best of all, the Sony Picture Station is located right inside your local Archiver’s! Taking only 8 seconds per image to print, you can quickly print your images while you shop - all in one brief visit. Working in our workshop? Now you can print the photos you need as you design the pages! Now if they only made a tote large enough to take it home…

A Tool For Your Photos

Believe it or not, the Sony Picture Station can actually make you a better photographer. Why? You have a photofinishing lab at your fingertips!

At the touch of a button, you can:

Where Have All the Photos Gone?

While billions of digital photos are being taken, only a small fraction are being printed. Where have all the photos gone?

Leaving your memories on a media card or computer leaves them vulnerable to crashes and technology upgrades. Losing a computer file is devastating, but can you imagine losing a whole year of your child's memories? Digital photos have no negatives, and therefore no trace if lost. The only truly safe digital photos are printed digital photos.

Printing your digital photos, even just your favorites, is the only way to ensure that your memories are safely in your hands.
