Return Policy

  • Archiver's will accept merchandise for return if the merchandise is in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Returns will be given in the form of tender in which they were purchased. Gift cards will be issued store credit.
  • Archiver's reserves the right to limit any cash returns.
  • Archiver's will offer a return for store credit if customer does not have a receipt and the merchandise is in its original condition.
  • If merchandise is defective, Archiver's will offer a return in the form of tender in which it was purchased or a store credit.

Class Policies

Children over the age of 12 are welcome to attend Archiver's classes and workshops with a paid fee and must be accompanied by a paid adult. Because we want to provide attendees with the peaceful getaway they deserve, children under 12 and babies are not allowed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Classes may be cancelled by Archiver's if there are not enough participants.

If a customer cannot attend a class, Archiver's will refund the customer's paid fee if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the class. Cancellations within 24 hours or less of the class will not be refunded.

Scrap Mania Policies

The classroom and workroom are reserved each Friday and Saturday for Scrap Mania. Due to popular demand, certain locations may have to limit attendance to provide equal opportunity for all customers. Customers may reserve a maximum of four spaces, providing the names of each attendees at the time of reservation. For customers wishing to reserve more than four spaces, Mania fees are non-refundable if cancelled at any time. Children over the age of 10 are welcome to attend Archiver's classes and workshops with a paid fee and must be accompanied by a paid adult. Because we want to provide attendees with the peaceful getaway they deserve, children under 10 and babies are not allowed. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Cancellation and Refund policy

Archiver's reserves the right to cancel Scrap Mania in the case of low attendance or weather emergencies. If a customer cannot attend Scrap Mania, Archiver's will refund the customer's paid fee if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the class. Cancellations within 24 hours or less of Scrap Mania will not be refunded.

Workroom Food and Beverage Policies

For the protection of your photos and the projects of other people, no food shall be brought into Archiver's workroom and all drinks must have lids. Archiver's kitchen, with refrigerator and microwave, is available to use.

Archiver's values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, clubs and promotions. Archiver's recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online or in store to third parties.

Our Website uses cookies to simulate a continuous connection—cookies let us "remember" information about your session, and allow you to move within areas of our Website without reintroducing yourself. Archiver's may need to share personal information with third party vendors in necessary circumstances. For example, we may release personal information to third parties to perform services on our behalf such as; sending Archiver's marketing communications, conducting research or surveys, sending regular mail and e-mail on behalf of Archiver's, or processing credit card payments. Archiver's does not sell or rent customer information to third parties.

From time to time, we may be required to provide personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. We may release certain personal information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves. We may also release personal information in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event.

Your Choices Regarding How Your Information is Used

If your information is currently being used to send you marketing communications, you can opt-out at any time. All marketing e-mail and direct mail communications from Archiver's, such as Archiver's What's In Store, tell you how to stop receiving them.

To opt-out of receiving marketing communications from Archiver's:

If you send an e-mail or letter request, please be sure to include your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address and indicate specifically what type of marketing communications you wish to stop receiving. This will ensure we identify you correctly in our systems and accurately process your opt-out request.

Archiver's will take the appropriate steps to implement your request to opt-out. Please note that due to production and mailing timelines, it may take up to 10 business days for e-mails and up to six weeks for direct mail to make the requested change. Until that change takes effect, you may still receive marketing communications from us.

At Archiver's, we want your information and preferences to be complete and accurate. We provide several different methods for you to update or change the information you give us.

Because our company will continue to implement new technologies and improve the services and features we provide, this policy is subject to change. If there are changes or additions to this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes here or in other formats we deem acceptable, so that you will always know what information we collect online or offline, how we use it and what choices you have. If we change our information practices or this Privacy Policy in such a way that your personal information may be used or shared in a different manner, we will give you the opportunity to opt-out of having your information used or shared in that new manner.
