3D Flower Contest - OFFICIAL RULES
1. Contest Offer Details
The Paper Blossom 3D Flower contest entries will be judged from online submissions to McGill Inc. There will be a total of 3 winners. All winners will receive Archiver’s gift cards that can be used in-store. First place will win $200; second place $100; and third place $50. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, and no substitution will be made.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotional Period begins September 1, 2011, and ends at midnight September 30, 2011. All entries must be received during the Promotional Period.
3. How to Enter
Step 1 - Design any type of project that includes any flowers made using McGill’s Paper Blossoms paper punches that meets the following qualifications; The project(s) must be created with supplies available at Archiver’s or ArchiversAnnex.com. By submitting your Entry, you agree to give up creative license of your idea. Pick up contest rules from any Archiver’s store or download them from www.archiversonline.com/pages/paper-blossoms .
Step 2 - Create your special Paper Blossoms project; Cards, altered art, home décor, gift boxes, acrylic buckets, wedding invitations etc.… purchase your Paper Blossoms punches at any Archiver’s retail store.
Step 3 - Submit the project description, product list and minimum of 2 photographs of your project to; firstname.lastname@example.org by midnight September 30, 2011. All entries must provide your full name, email address and daytime telephone number.
4. Contest Rules
Number of Entries - There are no limits to the number entries you can submit. Each entry must be submitted separately.
Eligibility for Customer Contest- The “Paper Blossoms” 3D Flower contest offer is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible to win, McGill must receive Entries in the format designated in “Step 3” above. Employees of Archiver’s, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Customer Promotion. The total number of Entries received during the Promotion Period determines the odds of winning. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the McGill, which are final and binding. Entrant also certifies that the photos and stories contained in their Entry may be published by McGill and Archiver’s and that they have the right to release the photo(s) for publication to McGill and Archiver’s.
Announcement and Awarding of Promotional Prizes. A total of 3 prizes will be awarded from correctly completed Entries received during the Promotion Period. The Finalists will be notified by October 7th, Finalists must submit actual projects by October 14th to;

Attention: Contest Judges
The Winners will be notified by telephone and email no later than October 21, 2011. Finalists and Winners will be required to turn over their actual project to McGill Inc. The Finalists and Winners projects will not be returned. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in awarding the prize to an alternate Finalist or Winner. Entry constitutes permission to post participant’s name and entry on the McGill’s and Archiver’s website and the use of the participant's name and hometown for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By submitting physical entry Finalist and Winners agree that McGill, Archiver’s, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this Promotion. Offer void where prohibited.
By submitting physical entry Finalist and Winners irrevocably consents to the use of such Winners names, likeness, image, voice, performance, biographical information, and statements relating to the Contest, McGill, Archiver’s or its affiliated parties, without further compensation, in all world-wide marketing, promotion, and publicity carried out in perpetuity by McGill and/or Archiver’s in connection with this Customer Promotion. Prize Winners may be required to sign and return, without limitation and to the extent permitted under applicable law, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, and Assignment of Rights to Name and any other documentation or instrument that McGill, Archiver’s and/or its affiliated parties may require within five (5) days of receiving each such document.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited. Sponsor may prohibit entrants from participating in the Promotion and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the Promotion through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the Promotion or circumvent the rules, act in an un-sportsmanlike manner or with intent to annoy or harass any other entrant or sponsor(s). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Promotion should any causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or Promoters, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Promotion. All decisions are final. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the Promotion prize including, but not limited to, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular prize. Under no circumstances will Sponsor or any affiliated persons or entities be liable for: (1) electronic, computer, telephone, network, internet or other technical or human error(s) which may occur in connection with the Promotion; (2) any injury or damage to person or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from participation or attempted participation in the Promotion; (3) inaccurate, incomplete, lost or stolen entries or other information related to the Promotion; (4) illegitimate entries (which will be disqualified); (5) punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
All Entrants agree that any and all claims, disputes and causes of action arising out of or related to the Promotion shall be resolved, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the appropriate courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota, in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
