Can I still use my Archiver’s gift card?

Yes. Archiver’s gift cards will still be honored as long as our stores are open, but we suggest shopping early for the best selection of items.

What about the workshop or Scrap Mania I signed up for?

All previously scheduled workshops will continue through mid-January and Scrap Mania events will continue through February 15th. The 20% off purchase Scrap Mania discount will still be offered for Scrap Manias on January 3rd and 4th. After January 4th, that discount will no longer be offered—however, other discounts offered in the store will apply!

What about the Annex?

Online shopping through ArchiversAnnex.com will continue into early February. If you have an e-gift card for the Annex, you will still be able to use it at any time. We recommend shopping early, especially for Archiver’s exclusive items—when they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

What about the Memory Lab?

The Memory Lab will remain open through late January for in-store pick-up items only. This includes photo prints and enlargements, wall art printables, select photo calendars, and photo cards. We will be taking no new orders for scanning services, photo gifts, video transfer, and other online-only items, effective January 2nd. Please stay tuned for more details about what will happen to photos you have saved in your Memory Lab account.

What about my Memory Lab photos? How do I save them?

  1. Sign in to your account at www.archiversmemorylab.com.
  2. If you have photos uploaded, they will appear in collections on the left side of the screen. Click on a collection, then click on any photo you would like to download.
  3. Click on the down arrow on the upper right side of the on-screen toolbar (see screen shot), then click OK. Select where you would like to save the photos, then click Save. Photos can be downloaded individually, but not in groups.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to download additional photos.

What about ScrapFest?

Since we are going out of business—and have already closed our Mall of America store—this unfortunately means the end of ScrapFest as well. We thank everyone who attended through the years. We’ll miss this event—truly the biggest and best scrapbooking event out there!

What about all of the tables, chairs, and store fixtures?

Those items will be for sale as well on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reserve items now for pick-up later. Customers are responsible for hauling items out of the store and transport. Please see your local store for more details. Great for retreat owners, churches, schools, scrapbook rooms, retailers, and more!

What about store supplies?

Stores will be cleaning out their cupboards and gathering items for a tag sale! Score amazing deals on lots of gently-used supplies, one-of-a-kinds, out-of-package items, and more. Shop early for the best selection!

What about the Creative Cutting Center?

Effective January 2nd, we will not be taking any new orders at our Creative Cutting Center.

What are your store hours?

Store hours vary and may change if necessary. Contact your local store for hours (find store location information HERE).

Will you accept returns?

Beginning January 5th, all sales are final and we will not accept returns or refunds.

Will you do price adjustments?

We are unable to do price adjustments on previously purchased items.

What forms of payment do you accept during the closing sale?

We will accept payment by credit card, debit card, or cash. We will also continue to accept gift cards, and store credits can also still be used. We will no longer be accepting payments with checks.
