How to use Pocket Pages to create easy Albums

Everyone can enjoy their photos and memories!

Preserving your memories is so important, but it doesn’t have to take a lot of time or creativity to do! For a quick way to create albums your family will enjoy over and over again, try pocket pages! The beauty of pocket pages is that you can mix and match page types for a custom album that works for you and your photos. You can add a little bit of creativity or a lot—it’s up to you! Most pocket pages fit inside standard albums, or use a binder for even more flexibility in arranging pages. They’re fast, easy, and so fun to put together—and best of all, you’re saving your memories!

There are so many ways to use pocket pages!

6-up pocket pages

Simply slide your photos into the sleeves and you’re done! This is a great system for beginners who want to have a fun way to display and enjoy their favorite photos. Don’t forget to include a journaling card inside one of the pockets to record the details!

Multi-size pocket pages

If you want to get a bit more creative, try pocket pages with various-sized pockets! A 6” x 8” or 6” x 12” pocket can fit an enlarged photo or a piece of trimmed patterned paper or cardstock. Embellish with stickers, stamps, or rub-ons for a fun title block, or use the space for journaling.

12x12 page plus pocket pages

If you prefer traditional scrapbooking, but want a faster, easier way to get more photos in your albums, try a mix of 12x12 pages and pocket pages! Scrapbook a 12x12 layout and include additional photos in pocket pages behind it in your album. You can still be creative, but you’ll get more done, quicker!

No matter which method you choose, the important thing is that you’re preserving your memories for you, your family, and future generations to enjoy!
