Instructions

1. Trim pink cardstock to 10" x 12" and light spray with . Let dry.
2. Mat three 3 1/2" x 5" photos with 3 3/4" x 5 1/4" white bling cardstock.
3. Punch scallop circle from textured cardstock (Note: punch near edge of paper, as only half will be used).
4. Lightly sand over raised image to reveal white core.
5. Once pink cardstock is dry, adhere three photos as shown.
6. Carefully apply "celebrate" and "birthday wishes" Design Adhesives.
7. Cover words with silver foil.
8. Carefully apply scallop border Design Adhesive.
9. Cover with silver foil.
10. Add scallop circle, gems, and heart button as shown.
11. Add about 15" of pink tulle to back of pink cardstock, gathering it as you go. (Note: Glue Dots work great!)
12. Adhere pink cardstock to patterned paper using glue dots.
