1. Create rosettes using the following dimensions. All strips are scored at the 1/2" marks and require two punched circles to keep the rosette together. (Note: the rosettes are created from the top of the snowman to the bottom.) A tutorial on creating rosettes can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oort4Bw0CcY

18. Assemble rosettes to create the snowman by gluing them all together. (Note: More rosettes can be added to change the look of the snowman.)
19. Cut a circle for brim of hat, adhere to snowman
20. Create the hat by making a cylinder from a 2 1/2" x 7" piece of cardstock or patterned paper. (Note: Size can be changed to make hat taller or shorter, thinner or thicker.)
21. To create the pipe: roll 3/4" x 12" strip of brown paper or cardstock to create the handle. Roll another 1/4" x 12" strip, leaving a hollow inside and glue to a 1/2" circle punch. Fill with Glossy Accents and add two 2" gray strips for steam.
22. To create eyes: attach two quilling strips together to create one long piece. Quill strip, using the #2 on the circle template board for sizing. Two will be needed. Adhere to snowman.
23. To create nose: quill 1/2" x 12" strip of orange paper and use #2 on circle template board. Pull out center of quilled circle to create a cone. Adhere to snowman.
24. To create mouth: quill one black strip and use #5 on circle template board for sizing. Create five of these and adhere to snowman.
25. To create buttons: quill 1/4" x 12" strip of black paper, using size 0 on circle template board. Create two of these (or more if desired) and adhere to snowman.
26. Use ribbons, twine, snowflake punch, liquid applique, and Perfect Pearls or Glimmer Mist to embellish the snowman as desired.
