Instructions

1. Stamp both sides of kraft gift card holder with large stamp and VersaMark ink.
2. Trim blue patterned paper to 2 1/4" x 6 1/2". Wrap around gift card holder, creasing as needed, and adhere.
3. Cut red patterned paper to 2" x 6 1/2".
4. Border punch both sides of red paper.
5. Adhere red paper to blue paper.
6. Stamp sentiment on blue paper using VersaMark ink. Emboss using white powder.
7. Trim sentiment, creating a banner flag shape. Adhere using pop dots.
