Instructions

1. Punch scallop circles from gingham patterned paper and polka dot patterned paper.
2. Use Copic marker to edge the scallop circles. Adhere smaller circle to larger circle using pop dots.
3. Add pink stickles and let dry.
4. Create a rosette using 1" x 12" strip of heart patterned paper.
5. Stamp "sweet love" on gingham patterned paper using VersaMark ink. Emboss using silver powder.
6. Cut stamped sentiment to create a banner flag. Use Copic marker on edges.
7. Adhere sentiment to tag.
8. Punch heart from heart patterned paper. Use Copic marker on edges and adhere to tag.
9. Adhere rosette to tag.
10. Add stickles and gems as desired and let dry.
11. Adhere ribbon in a loop to back of tag.
12. Add chocolate to center of tag.
