Instructions
- Punch scallop circles from gingham patterned paper and polka dot patterned paper.
- Use Copic marker to edge the scallop circles. Adhere smaller circle to larger circle using pop dots.
- Add pink stickles and let dry.
- Create a rosette using 1" x 12" strip of heart patterned paper.
- Stamp "sweet love" on gingham patterned paper using VersaMark ink. Emboss using silver powder.
- Cut stamped sentiment to create a banner flag. Use Copic marker on edges.
- Adhere sentiment to tag.
- Punch heart from heart patterned paper. Use Copic marker on edges and adhere to tag.
- Adhere rosette to tag.
- Add stickles and gems as desired and let dry.
- Adhere ribbon in a loop to back of tag.
- Add chocolate to center of tag.
