Instructions
- Trace letters on patterned paper or cardstock, cut out, and cover chipboard letters.
- Add photos and embellishments as desired.
- Tie ribbons around "V" to decorate. Double knots work best.
- Add rings to hold book together and tie ribbons around rings.
