- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Instructions
- Adhere blue scallop to white circle.
- Add "it's a boy" stickers as shown
- Adhere baby feet stickers at a diagonal across card.
- Add gems as shown, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
- Punch two holes fairly close together at top of card. Tie ribbon in a bow.
