Instructions

1. Score and fold 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" cardstock in half.
2. Stamp sentiment on bottom of 4" x 5 1/4" white cardstock using purple ink.
3. Adhere white cardstock to card.
4. Punch tag from blue cadstock.
5. Punch hole in top of tag and tie ribbon through hole.
6. Punch small scallop circle from white cardstock and adhere to blue tag.
7. Punch circle from purple cardstock and adhere to center of scallop circle.
8. Apply snowflake gem sticker to center of purple circle.
9. Adhere blue tag to card.
