- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Tools

- Clear acrylic block (to use with cling stamp)
- Heat tool
- Paper trimmer
- Scoring Tool (optional)
Instructions
- Score and fold 8" x 9 1/4" white cardstock in half.
- Adhere 3 3/4" x 9" snowflake lace paper to 3 3/4" x 9" navy cardstock.
- Adhere navy cardstock to card.
- Stamp sentiment on 3" x 2 3/4" white cardstock using VersaMark ink and emboss using blue glitter embossing powder.
- Adhere to 3 1/4" x 3" navy cardstock. Adhere entire piece to card, using Pop Dots.
