Instructions

1. Stamp sentiment on top of tag card.
2. Adhere 4" x 4" brown cardstock to card.
3. Punch large scallop circle from red cardstock and adhere to brown cardstock.
4. Punch small scallop circle from white cardstock and adhere to red cardstock.
5. Apply rhinestone reindeer to white scallop circle.
6. Punch hole through top layer of tag and tie ribbon through.
