Instructions

1. Trim red glitter paper to 8 1/2" x 3".
2. Score at 1/2" and 4" and fold in.
3. Punch two holes through all layers at the top of the card and tie tulle through.
4. Die-cut tree several times from green glitter paper and adhere to card.
5. Die-cut "HoHoHo" and star burst from white glitter paper and adhere.
