- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Instructions
- Lay scallop circle on red circle and punch two holes in top, through both layers. Tie together with two pieces of green ribbon.
- Adhere 4 1/2" piece of ribbon to brown scallop circle.
- Adhere photo to 2 3/4" x 1 3/4" green cardstock and adhere to brown scallop, using Pop Dots.
- Adhere three cardstock sticker words to right of photo.
- Adhere two buttons, using Mini Glue Dots.
