- 5mm white Glitter Domes--Mark Richards (6058733)

- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

Instructions
- Score and fold 5 1/4" x 8" snowflake paper in half and adhere to white scallop note.
- Stamp sentiment on blue cardstock using VersaMark ink and emboss using white embossing powder.
- Punch sentiment using 2" circle punch and adhere to punched white scallop circle.
- Adhere scallop circle to card, using Pop Dots.
- Add Glitter Domes to snowflakes, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
