Instructions

1. Trim white snowflake paper to 7 3/4" x 5 1/8". Score and fold.
2. Trim blue snowflake paper to 3 1/2" x 4"
3. Punch border, being careful to punch four complete circles.
4. Stamp "SNOW" on blue cardstock.  Stamp snowman on blue snowflake paper and white snowflake paper.
5. Stamp and emboss small snowflake on blue cardstock.
6. Spray Glimmer Mist lightly over blue snowflake paper and blue cardstock.  Wipe excess with paper towel.
7. Cut out white snowman and the letters S, N, and W.
8. Punch white embossed snowflake with circle punch. Distress with distress tool.
9. Use Tiny Attacher to staple white twill and white ribbon through third scallop.
10. Adhere blue snowflake paper to front of card. Adhere turquoise ric-rac (3 1/2") to left edge.   
11. Use foam adhesive to adhere white snowman on top of stamped snowman on blue snowflake paper.
12. Use foam adhesive to adhere S, N, W and snowflake over holes in right border.
13. Use yellow, orange, and clear Stickles to decorate snowman.
14. Use Quick-Dry Tacky Adhesive to adhere Flower Soft to look like snow.
