Instructions

1. Cut two strips of Parakeet cardstock--1 7/8" X 8" and 1 7/8" X 6".
2. Overlap the two strips 1" on one end and adhere securely. Allow to dry.
3. Cut two strips of Velvet cardstock--2" X 8" and 2" X 6".
4. Overlap the two purple strips 1" on one end and adhere securely. Allow to dry.
5. Tear along one long edge of purple strip to create distressed look.
6. Run both orange and purple strips along the edge of a table to break fibers and curve more easily around the pail.
7. Adhere purple strip around pail and secure with rubber bands until dry.
8. Adhere green layer on top of purple layer, aligning at bottom of pail. Secure with rubber bands until dry.
9. Apply stickers to green layer as desired.
10. Cut and adhere 3" orange circle to the center of a 3 1/8" purple circle and adhere to lid.
11. Apply additional stickers to lid and tie ribbons to handle.
