- 8 1/2" x 11" Sapphire shimmer cardstock (516287)
- Night Sky ink--VersaMagic (520043)
- 3mm silver dots--Mark Richards (6036225)

- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

- Paper trimmer
- XL star punch--Fiskars (6018436)
- Peace Everywhere clear stamp set--Stampendous (6046904)
- Clear acrylic block (to use with clear stamp)
- QuickStik or craft knife (optional)
Instructions
- Print text on 8 1/2" x 11" silver cardstock. Trim to 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" and adhere to blue scallop note.
- Stamp swirls on top of the text using blue ink. (Note: With shimmer paper, allow ample dry time or use a heat gun to speed up the process.)
- Punch star from blue shimmer cardstock and adhere at end of swirls, using Mini Pop Dots.
- Apply three small silver dots to ends of swirls, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
