Instructions

1. Ink edges of green dot patterned paper background and use border punch to punch along left edge.
2. Cut striped patterned paper to 1" x 12", ink edges, and adhere to page. Add faux stitching using black marker.
3. Cut word patterned paper to 4" x 12", ink edges, and punch top edge using Real Estate Sign punch.
4. Use Real Estate Sign punch to punch out small piece from circles & diamonds patterned paper. Adhere to punched out section of words paper as shown. Trim if necessary.
5. Adhere dot ribbon in bottom right corner of page, as shown.
6. Cut two pieces of green shimmer cardstock to 2 3/4" x 3 1/2", ink edges, and add 2 1/2" x 3 1/4" photos on top.
7. Cut black shimmer cardstock to 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" and add 4" x 6" photo on top.
8. Adhere all matted photos to page as shown.
9. Embellish page using stickers, chipboard, flowers, felt, brads, and ribbon as shown. Use Tiny Attacher to staple ribbon to chipboard tag.
