Instructions

1. Trim white shimmer paper to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2".   Score at 4 1/4" and fold.
2. Trim patterned paper into two sheets of 4" x 2 3/4".  Adhere one piece with the stripes showing to the top half of the card, and the other side with the swirls showing to the bottom of the card.
3. Cover seam with ribbon and trim.
4. Punch a bracket tag from white shimmer paper.  Use rub-on roller to rub-on sentiment.  Add brad with foam adhesive.
5. Use foam adhesive to adhere tag to center of card.
