Instructions
- Trace tag onto blue patterned paper and cut out. Adhere paper to tag.
- Paint edges with Dabber paint. Emboss with white powder.
- Punch snowman from snowflake paper. Ink edges with blue ink first, then black ink.
- Adhere snowman using foam adhesive.
- Add Stickles.
- When dry, punch hole through tag and tie jute.
