- 8 1/2" x 11" white cardstock
- 1" red flower ribbon--American Crafts (6076063)
- Holly Jolly fabric buttons--TPC Studio (6079454)
- Chestnut Roan chalk ink--ColorBox (513050)
- Glue Dots
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Instructions
- Adhere 2" ribbon loop to top of green circle using glue dots.
- Cut 5 1/4" circle from striped paper, ink edges, and adhere to green circle.
- Cut photo to 3 5/8" circle and white mat to 3 3/4" circle and adhere together.
- Adhere white mat to patterned paper.
- Adhere fabric button to photo.
