- 1/4" hole punch
- Paper trimmer

Instructions
- Cut white cardstock and Shopkeeper patterned paper to 2 1/2" x 5" and adhere together.
- Punch bottom of 2 1/2" x 4" Pomegranate patterned paper and adhere to tag.
- Adhere 3/4" x 4" Crushed Velvet patterned paper to left side of tag.
- Die-cut oval from white cardstock and stamp snowman.
- Color snowman using Copic markers.
- Stamp sentiment inside snowman.
- Use foam dauber to add Antique Linen ink to edges of oval.
- Use Glossy Accents to add glitter to image. Let dry.
- Use angled Corner Chompers to punch top two corners.
- Use rounder to round bottom two corners.
- Adhere snowman to tag.
- Tie string through button and adhere button to card using Glossy Accents.
- Punch hole in top of tag and tie ribbon through.
