Instructions

1. Score and fold 4 x 11 Parakeet cardstock in half.
2. Stamp Merry Topper on white cardstock using black ink and punch out using 3 circle punch.
3. Color image using colored pencils.
4. Add glitter to image using glue pen.
   
5. Die-cut 4 scallop circle from red cardstock and adhere circle to scallop circle.
6. Adhere image to card using Pop Dots.
7. Tie a bow with ribbon and thread a button onto the center of the bow. Adhere bow to card using Glue Dots.
