Instructions

1. Mat photo on 3 3/8" x 2 5/8" white cardstock and adhere to 5 1/4" x 4" blue cardstock.
2. Stamp sentiment on blue cardstock below the photo.
3. Adhere blue cardstock to 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" green shimmer cardstock.
4. Color light bulbs using Stardust pens and color base of the bulb using gold pen.
5. Adhere lightbulbs to left side of card.
6. Add gems near bulbs using a QuickStik or craft knife to assist you, if necessary.
