Instructions
- Trim blue cardstock to 4" x 5 1/4" and adhere to front of card.
- Stamp star image using glue pad.
- Sprinkle with glitter.
- Die-cut letters and adhere to card.
- Add rub-ons
- Adhere ribbon.
- Add gems, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
