Instructions

1. Size photo to 2 x 3 . Adhere to top of bluebell note.
2. Stamp sentiment with clear stamps below photo. Sprinkle with embossing powder, tapping off excess. Heat with heat gun until image appears shiny and raised.
3. Adhere bluebell note to red scallop note.
4. Punch circle from red paper and adhere embellishment on top. Adhere to bottom right corner of bluebell note using adhesive foam included in embellishment pack.
5. Using die-cutting machine, cut number from black paper.
6. Tie ribbon around die-cut number. Adhere to bottom left corner of bluebell paper using Mini Pop Dots.
