Instructions

1. Begin with a horizontal (landscape) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Adjust margins to 1 on all sides. Create two columns. Type and format text in each column, leaving space for stamp.
2. Print paper on quartz paper and trim on all sides to create two 4 x 6 pieces.
3. Stamp image on quartz paper as shown. Sprinkle with embossing powder, tapping off excess. Heat with heat gun until image appears shiny and raised.
4. Adhere quartz paper to silver flat scallop note.
5. Punch holes in each scallop, as shown.
