Instructions:

1. Print name and/or table number on green cardstock (We used Garamond and Scrpitina fonts) and trim to 3 1/2" x 5".
2. Score and fold in half.
3. Adhere flower to card (can be used to distinguish who has which meal, or purely for decoration).
