- 3mm clear gems
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Instructions
- Trim green foil paper to 8" x 8" and adhere to red edged paper.
- Adhere 6 1/4" x 5 1/2" photo.
- Tie green tulle through chipboard title.
- Apply glitter rub-ons and chipboard elements.
- Apply clear gems to rub-on swirl and center of rub-on snowflakes, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
