Instructions

1. Begin with a 4 x 5 horizontal (landscape) document in a word-processing program. Type and format
2. response text.
3. Print response text on flat note.
4. Create another 4 x 5 horizontal (landscape) document in a word-processing program. Type and format your return address near center of document.
5. Flip flat note over and feed through your printer again to print address on opposite side of response text,
6. creating a postcard. (Consult your printer s manual if you are unsure.) We strongly recommend you do a test print to ensure proper placement.*

*If your printer has the ability to print double-sided pages, this process may be different for you.
