- 12" x 12" Lime
Rickey patterned paper--BasicGrey
- Blue scallop felt
ribbon--Creative Imaginations (6055348)
- Wonder Tape or 3M Quick-Dry
Tacky Adhesive
Suggested tools:
- Curvy Cutter--EK Success
- Circle template--EK Success
- Glass mat--EK Success
- Paper trimmer
- Scissors
Instructions:
- Cut a 3 1/2"
circle from center of patterned paper.
- Cut a 7 1/2" circle over
the 3 1/2" circle to create a ring.
- Cut ring in half.
- Curve the half-ring around
and adhere the two ends together.
- Adhere felt ribbon around the
top of the cupcake holder.
- Place cupcake inside!
