1. Begin with a 3 x 4 7/8 vertical (portrait) document in a word-processing program. Type and format text, leaving room for pearls.
2. Print text on opal flat note.
3. Adhere opal flat note to opal flat scallop note.
4. Add pearls as shown, using a craft knife to assist you, if necessary.
