Instructions

1. Fold red scallop circle in half and adhere over the crease of black A2 card.
2. Spell "wish" with yellow vinyl letters.
3. Use red rub-ons to spell "big" below "wish".
4. Round both right corners of card.
5. Trim yellow cardstock to 4" x 5 1/4" and round both right corners.
6. Ink edges of yellow cardstock and adhere inside card.
