- Iced White pocket invitation--Yours Truly
- 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" Green Swirl foil patterned paper--Reminisce (64 per 12" x 12" sheet)
- 3" x 6 1/2" red text or cover weight paper--Yours Truly (three per 8 1/2" x 11" sheet)
- 3" x 7" Green Swirl foil patterned paper--Reminisce (five per 12" x 12" sheet)
- 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" red text or cover weight paper--Yours Truly (four per 8 1/2" x 11" sheet)
- 4 1/2" x 6 1/4" red text or cover weight paper--Yours Truly (two per 8 1/2" x 11" sheet)
- Red gemstones--Hero Arts
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Instructions
- Begin with a horizontal (landscape) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Create two columns. You will be able to fit two RSVP cards worth of text in each column, one at the top and one at the bottom. Type and format RSVP text.
- Print text on red paper and trim on all sides to create four 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" pieces.
- Create another horizontal (landscape) letter-sized document. Adjust margins to 1" on all sides and create two columns. Type and format reception text in each column.
- Print text on red paper and trim on all sides to create two 4 1/2" x 6 1/4" pieces.
- Create another horizontal (landscape) letter-sized document. Adjust margins to 1" on all sides and create three columns. Type and format invitation text in each column.
- Print text on red paper and trim on all sides to create three 3" x 6 1/2" pieces.
- Adhere 3" x 7" swirl patterned paper to inside of pocket invitation, as shown. Adhere invitation text on top of patterned paper, slightly to the right, as shown.
- Punch holly leaves out of swirl patterned paper. Adhere to bottom right corner of pocket invitation. Add three gems for the "berries" as shown, using a craft knife to assist you, if necessary.
- Insert reception and RSVP cards into pocket.
