Instructions

1. Cut dark blue shimmer cardstock into nine strips of varying heights and widths. Adhere to front of silver card, creating "candles". The tallest candle should be in the center.
2. Adhere clear buttons to top of candles, excluding center candle, using Mini Glue Dots.
3. Color back of one clear button with gold leafing pen. Adhere to top of center candle, using Mini Glue Dots.
4. Trim acetate to 1 1/4" x 2 1/2". Stamp sentiment using black StazOn ink. Adhere to lower right corner of card using vellum adhesive.
