Instructions:

1. Trim dot paper to 4 1/2" x 6 1/2", ink edges with blue ink, and adhere to scallop note.
2. Trim piece from scallop note to 3 1/2" x 4". Score 1/2" on the three straight sides and fold in.  Use Wonder Tape to adhere pocket together (Be sure not to close the pocket--the gift card should be able to slide in and out).
3. Tie ribbon around pocket and adhere to note card, using Wonder Tape.
4. Apply rub-on border around perimeter of card and add snowflake border to bottom of pocket.
5. Die-cut "just for you" from extra paper and adhere to top of card.
6. Adhere one circle sticker using a Pop Dot and the other circle sticker flat.
7. Add gems as shown, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
