Instructions:

1. Spread a thin layer of adhesive across both covers and lay paper on top; leave 1/2" of the cover showing on the front.
2. Use craft knife to trim off excess paper from covers. Add a strip of blue cardstock to top of cover.
3. Spell title using Tape Writer and black tape. Adhere to paper, using extra adhesive to hold the tape to the glossy paper.
4. Add glitter chipboard letters.
5. Place gems as shown, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
6. Use the Bind-it-All to punch holes through covers and papers.
7. Weave silver wire through the covers and clear pages.
8. Use the Bind-it-All to close the binding around the pages.
9. Add 4x6 photos to pages.
