Instructions

1. Trim patterned paper to 4 1/4" x 6 3/4". Adhere to cover of plain journal.
2. Using colored pencils, color in patterned paper as desired.
3. Trace details with glue pen and sprinkle with glitter.
4. Punch tabs from glittered cardstock and adhere to inside pages.
5. Wrap tulle through rings and tie in knot.
6. Add gemstones as desired, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
