- 8 1/2" x 11" Typhoon cardstock--Bazzill
- Charcoal chalk ink--ColorBox (513051)
- White foam Subway Thickers--American Crafts (6068170)
- Pop Dots
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Instructions
- Adhere 6" x 4" photo to 7 3/4" x 7 3/4" red paper.
- Distress edges of red paper and adhere to 8" x 8" blue cardstock.
- Cut triangles 1" long and adhere to left side to create a banner of flags.
- Cut triangles 1 1/2" long, ink edges, and adhere across page.
- Add title using sticker letters.
- Adhere sticker using Pop Dots over left edge of photo.
