- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

- Threading Water border punch--Fiskars (6039476)
- Clear acrylic block (to use with clear stamp)
- Heat tool
- Scoring Tool (optional)
- Craft knife or QuickStik (optional)
Instructions
- Cut white shimmer cardstock to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Score and fold in half.
- Cut red shimmer cardstock to 4" x 5 1/4".
- Punch left side of red shimmer cardstock using border punch. Adhere to front of card.
- Stamp "Happy birthday" using VersaMark ink. Sprinkle with white embossing powder, tap off excess, and heat with heat gun.
- Add clear and red gems, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
