- Pink cardstock--Yours Truly (6002912)
- Arctic White shimmer scallop circle flat note--Yours Truly
- Gems (6007729)
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Instructions
- Cut cardstock to 4" x 9".
- Use computer and printer to print information on scallop circle. Adhere to card so that approximately 1" is hanging off left side.
- Trim excess paper from left side of scalloped circle.
- Add gems, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
- Adhere photo.
