Instructions:

1. Cut strip of plaid patterned paper to 2" wide. Ink edges with brown ink and wrap around bottom of pail, securing in back. (Note: If paper doesn't wrap all the way around pail, cut another piece of paper and piece together in back.)
2. Cut strip of car patterned paper to approximately 1" wide. Ink edges, wrap around pail, above plaid patterned paper, and secure in back.
3. Apply white Thickers to spell "free ride". Add brown vinyl Thickers dollar sign.
4. Cut dot patterned paper into 3 3/4" circle using circle cutter. Ink edges and adhere to pail lid.
5. Fill with cash or gas card!
