Instructions

1. Print information on yellow cardstock.
2. Trim printed yellow cardstock to 3 1/8" x 4 1/2" and adhere to card. 
3. Trim photo to 3 1/8" x 4 1/2" and adhere to card.
4. Add self-adhesive embellishment, as shown.
