- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

Instructions
- Trim black cardstock to 3 1/2" x 5" and adhere to blue scalloped note.
- Print information on Soft White cardstock and then trim to 3 1/4" x 4 3/4".
- Punch two holes in top of Soft White cardstock and add ribbon.
- Adhere to black cardstock.
- Add self-adhesive embellishments around three sides of card.
