Materials needed:
- 2" x 3" acrylic album--Scrapworks (6038191)
- Gemstones
- Red & green tulle--Bazzill
- Gold ribbons--May Arts
- Tombow Mono Vellum Adhesive
Suggested tools:
- QuickStik (optional to apply gems)
Instructions:
- Place adhesive on top of photo and place acrylic page on top.
- Add gemstones around perimeter of photo.
- Tie ribbon or tulle in knot.
