- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Instructions
- Trim pink polka dot paper to 5 1/2" x 2" and adhere pink scallop paper frill to bottom.
- Adhere polka dot paper to white card.
- Apply rub-on letters above polka dot paper to spell "happy birthday".
- Poke a hole to the left of the greeting and attach brad.
