- 8 1/2" x 11" Bluebell cover weight paper--Yours Truly

- Adhesive foam
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

Instructions
- Print information on blue cardstock and trim to 2 1/2" x 3 1/2".
- Adhere to brown flat note at an angle.
- Punch photo using a circle punch.
- Punch blue cardstock using a scallop circle punch. Adhere photo on top.
- Adhere scallop circle to card using adheisve foam.
- Apply gems as shown, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
